Twenty-one PAX convened at the Cougar this warm first day of March; 22 if you count both EC ruckers prior to the ME. The track occupied most of our time this morning following a few warm up exercises.
Warm up:
- SSH
- Imperial Walker
- Slow merkins
- Arm circle/reverse
- Willie Mays Hayes
The Thang:
Head to the track and break into two groups. Each group alternated running one lap, “last-man-sprints” style, with performing as many as possible of the following:
- Burpees
- WWIIs
- Body-weight squats
- Step lunges
- Merkins
- Plank-jacks
- More burpees
