10 pax reported for duty with one goal in mind…post a number for the spreadsheet. The damn spreadsheet has taken over our lives. YHC has been recording all the mundane details of his life in the hopes that in some small facet of life he can be #1 in Churham.
Yesterday and today”s stats:
Number of times YHC yelled at his kids = 6
Eye rolls from YHC”s M = 3
Scoops of peanut butter eaten = 5
Snooze buttons hit = 5
Number of times YHC questioned whether Moore/Assisi are human (350+ pullups, honestly, are these real pullups?) = 25

Anyway, prior to this madness 4 pax posted for some EC. Goals were the same. YHC got to observe Assisi”s form. Pretty good, actually…darn it… Got something like 110 pullups plus KB swings.
Back to the 10 pax and their pullups…
YHC had a grand plan involving burpees and hills. It was truly terrible. So terrible that YHC gladly jumped on Te”o”s idea to audible and head back to the pullup bar for more madness.
Warmup:
Arm circles, forwards and backwards
Windmills
Imperial Walkers
Mosey on down to the pullup bars…with some walking lunge for 5 light post”s worth, which was longer than expected.
The pullups:
5 groups of two, one group on the pullup bar, next group spotting (read: resting), next group air squats, next group merkins, next group dips. Rotate through, pullups included regular, chin up, wide grip, lumberjacks, top guns, max out +5.
We did 1000 of them. Each. Assisi wasn”t there, so I”m now ahead of him (if I do this tomorrow also…twice).
Mosey on back to the start. Actually wasn”t really a mosey. We “sprinted” up the hill to the top. Loooong hill. Thought about when the last time the Q spilled the merlot was and came up empty. Somehow held it all in.
