On a beautiful February morning, 20 men joined Treehouse as he Q”d his first workout. Since he lacks counting skills, Marky Mark was gracious enough to warm up everyone.

Head to the track for a fellowship quarter mile run finishing the first lap with 10 burpees. Then ran another quarter mile around the track. Leave the track to jog another quarter mile over to behind the school for a little gambling.
There are two dice waiting for the group. One has numbers 5, 10, 15, 20 and the other has exercises. Group circles up and two men roll the dice and whatever hits they lead. The dice were clearly loaded and resulted in an excessive number of merkins and LBCs with burpees and CCDs thrown in for fun.
After we had gone around the circle and then some we moved over for a 10 count People”s Chair against the wall. Then off to the driveway for some Jacob”s ladder with burpees at the top of the hill and squats at the bottom.
Finishing up we did a lap around Culbreth and ended with a series of burpees.
