Sixteen PAX gathered at a busy Fetzer Field complex Monday morning where around them ROTC and Carolina football were having early workouts–none of which could match the intensity and vigor of F3 Nation.
YHC brought two kettlebells and an assortment of dumb bells from 12 to 25 pounds and used two kettlebells brought by the PAX and organized a Circle of Pain workout–16 stations with a Tabata timer: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest and transition. Three circuits total followed by a quick session of Mary.
The Sixteen Stations:
Merkins, KB Swing, Burpees, Right-Arm Row, Left-Arm Row, Diamond Merkins, Bows-to-Toes Plank, Jump Lunge, Overhead Tricep Press w/KB, Goblet squat w/KB, Side Raise, Bicep Curl, Overhead Shoulder Press, Wide-Grip Merkin, Parker Peters, Side Shuffle Hop.
