8 pax got wet this morning. Just soaking wet. And there was a perfectly good parking deck within spitting distance from the virtual shovel flag. Today was a lesson in embracing the suck…
Oh, and 3 pax did pullups and kettle bell swings, and a few dead hangs for extra credit. Emphasis on good form, of which there was plenty.
Anyway, back to business…
The THANG:
Warmup SSH, imperial walkers, mountain climbers, deep air squats (so deep)
Jog to the law school
Derkins, toe tappers, dips
Jog to the pond
Modified Jacobs ladder – 10 derkins, 1 burpee, then run down and around the bridge and up the stairs, then 9 derkins, 2 burpees, etc. Audible called at about 4 and 7 due to time.
Jog back to the backside of the law school, the dirty underbelly, if you will. Where all the deals are made…or something…it was really just the back of the law school. There were some low squat holds along the way. And there we did some jump lunges.
Jog to the business school, where the really smart people go. Derkins and dips.

– Reading back over this it doesn”t sound like we did much. Maybe we didn”t. Maybe the run at the pond was just long. YHC is tired…
