24 Pax showed up in 29 degree weather today!
Started off with the slow herd bear crawl down THWM – speed was not the game but to spend as much time on the shoulders as possible
At the gate Pax jogged down to the bottom bottom of THWM
At the bottom of THWM, Pax buddied up for buddy carries(poor Coco had the pleasure of buddying with me) and had 4 reps each of sprints to the gate with no rest and some did a 5th for extra measure
Next we travel burpeed up THWM to the 2nd gate entrance
From there we circled up where Mini Twiggy, 50 lb plates, 45lb dumbbells, 35lb dumbbells, 45lb water jugs and 30 lb rucks were waiting on us for 5 rounds of shoulder press, upright rows and swings
Then Pax circled up for 5x clap merkins, while planking until everyone was finished
