26 degrees…26 PAX. Makes perfect sense. With the temperatures dropping YHC was hoping we would get 12 men to show and help celebrate the season. Instead we hit a new record at the Cougar. In looking to carry on the tradition started by Dunphy a couple of years ago it was the time of year for the men to deliver each other the gift of pain. Chatter last night about today being the winter solstice and how best to honor it quickly fell by the wayside as it was obvious there would be no chanting or hugging. 4 men showed up for EC pullups.

Mosey over to the entrance to Culbreth Middle School and circle up at the top of the hill. The rules of the 12 Days of Christmas were laid out. First…everybody sings or penalty burpees are assessed. Next each day is the number of reps and every round adds one more exercise and then you complete the previous exercises until we get to 12 (just like the song…simple right). Here”s how it went…
