Assisi and YHC found extra credit refreshing and delightful this morning. We took a little ruck stroll (with a little intermittent double-time) down Weaver Dairy to the intersection of Sage and Erwin and back. Then 18 PAX took advantage of a subtly crisp spring morning to get after it.
It”s OK to let your partner push you around

• Partner wheelbarrow across field, switch, head back
• Partner broken wheelbarrows (partner holding one leg) across field, switch, head back
• Partner carries across field with 10 partner squats in the middle and 10 at the end, switch, head back
• Run to the playground, crank out 20 pull-ups each
• Run back to the field, assume the People”s Chair

Predator and Prey
YHC is beta testing an idea here where each guy is simultaneously predator and prey. Here”s the first go:
While all in the People”s Chair, first PAX does 5 Merkins, then sprints across the field and back. As soon as he gets done with his Merkins, however, the next PAX is starting on his. The objective is to catch the guy ahead of you. We cycled through once and then again a second time with the difference being 2 round trips across the field and back and 10 Merkins before sprinting.

• BTTW with 10 handstand push-ups
• 25 Merkins

Back to the field for 10 minutes of Mary

• 180 push up burpee X 10 OYO (as it happens YHC could only make it 90 degrees at best, probably more like a 75 degree push up burpee)
• Tuck jump burpee X 10 OYO
• WWII X 20
• Floor wipers X 20
• Heels-to-Heaven X 20
• Russian Hammers X 20

Prayers for Melanie, who is having a benign tumor removed (Sawyer); Walker, who has passed away but whose memory lives on with F3 (Coco); and Lyn, whose father passed away last week a couple of days after Lyn”s second son was born (YHC)
