*50 yard traveling merkins, switch at the halfway mark
*Pax head down to the down of THWM and sprint to the 1st gate then travel burpee up to the very top top of the parking lot
*At the top Pax conducted 3 rounds of 20 reps of pushups on the parking spot block, then flipped over for 25 reps of mini dips
*Pax then headed down to bottom of parking lot for bear crawl to top of parking lot
*Pax then conducted 15 minutes of Mary
