The Three Amigos

PAX: Cardiac, Boucher, Floyd, (Slow Pitch, EC only)

Two PAX (Cardiac and Slow Pitch) did some EC and rolled up at 5:30. Unfortunately, Slow Pitch couldn’t stay for the ME, so 3 PAX got to work.

Warm-Up:
1/2 mile run with warm-up exercises at various points including:
SSH x 20
Windmills x 20
Willie Mayes Hayes x 10
Arm Circles x 10
Reverse Arm Circles x 10
Calf Stretches

The Thang:
Mosey over to the Pain Ground for a triple pyramid.
1 Pullup, 2 Merkins, 3 Air Squats
2 Pull-ups, 4 Merkins, 6 Air Squats
3 Pull-ups, 6 Merkins, 9 Air Squats
Etc Etc Etc all the way up to:
9 Pull-Ups, 18 Merkins, 27 Air Squats
10 Pull-ups, 20 Merkins, 30 Air squats

Totals: 55 Pull-ups, 110 Merkins, 165 Air-Squats

Next Thang:
Walk to the rock pile and take a rock that you like for yourself, but also to share with your friends. (Cardiac is the worst and always gets a ridiculous rock). Rotate to the left after each set. Each PAX used each rock for each exercise.

15 Bicep Curls
15 Overhead Presses
15 Rows

Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Drop those rocks back in the pile and jog to the soccer field for

Final Thang:
Sprints and burpees.
Sprint 100% flat out for 60 yards (midfield) and then do 5 burpees. Walk back to the enplane and immediately go again. 5 total reps.
