20 Pax gathered and ran from Fetzer to the stairwell at Gate 3 near Kenan Stadium
Pax then caterpillar walked down the entire flight of stairs and proceeded to knock out 10 quick merkins at the bottom.
We then headed over to the Bell Tower Deck:
1<sup>st</sup> flight – Sprint
2<sup>nd</sup> Flight – Sprint
3<sup>rd</sup> Flight – Firemens Carry 1<sup>st</sup> Man / switch
4<sup>th</sup> Flight – Fireman Carry 1<sup>st</sup> man again / switch
5<sup>th</sup> flight – bear crawl / lunge walk
6<sup>th</sup> flight – side lunge squat left at the turn side lunge squat right
7<sup>th</sup> flight – sprint
Pax then headed down the stairs and to the front of the Kenan Football Center where we conducted Traveling Burpees uphill 60 yards.
Proceeded to run back to Fetzer for Mary:
Ring of Fire 20 Pax Plank position counting 20 seconds
Weezer then had us Bear crawl quarter of the track, run 50 yards, bear crawl quarter track and run back to finish.
