7 PAX arrived in the very real, non-virtual gloom, somewhat saddened, but not surprised that Doogie wouldn’t be their Q today. They were also excited that YHC would be their Q because they thought it would be easy, full of Floyd planks, and flawlessly executed. They were wrong on all 3 accounts. I decided to give the PAX a good-old fashioned escalator, but using social distancing spacing to help reduce the spread of COVID. All PAX kept 10ft apart during the entire workout.

COT: It’s great to be back out, in the gloom with you guys. Proud of how well we’ve been working on keeping things safe, but moving things forward.
It has been a while since I Q’d an escalator. Let’s just say that YCH wasn’t on his best game in terms of counting, or remembering what exercise was next. The whole crew did a great job of keeping us on task and bringing the workout together into a cohesive, team event.
