Warm-up: 50 SSH and 500 lbcs with a partner (one runs while other performs reps)
ME: Curb Appeal
5 merkins on each side with bear crawls in between 10; 15; 20; 25 (Partners run to pull-ups bars to complete 10 pull-ups each)
9 cadence-call burpees to remember Paul Castellano’s inglorious 9 years as head of the Gambino family and then epic assassination at Spark’s Steakhouse in NYC

Supersets: 2 dips in cadence and 2 mountain climbers in cadence; run to top guns with 10 each; crawl bears; increased by 2 each time; crossed from curb to curb with PAX selection move; I believe that we reached 10 and then went onto Bloody Mary
Bloody Mary: Ab exercise to exhaustion and then one runs to do balls-to the-wall when they can’t do anymore; balls to the wall 5 count
