YHC isn’t much on creativity when it come’s to Q’ing. I admire those that work themes into their Q’s, and enjoy those workouts when they come. I try to keep it simple and keep the Pax moving. Today was no different.
Warm Up
– SSH IC
– Willie Mayes Hayes IC
– Imperial Walkers IC
– Slow Squat IC
– Arm Circles IC
– Reverse IC
– OH Claps IC
– Slow Merkin
– Quick jog around both fields
Thang
– Started with 11s on the short side of one of the fields. 10 BW squats, run to the other side, 1 WWII. Rinse and repeato until you get to 1 BW squat / 10 WWIIs.
– Mosey to the picnic tables for 3 rounds of SC dips and SC merkin variation of your choice
– Mosey to the tennis courts for 5 burpee/5 jump squat suicides. Start on the sideline of the first court, run to the edge of the first court and perform 5 burpees. Run back to the start and perform 5 jump squats. Run to the edge of the second court…rise and repeat all the way down to the edge of the 4th court.
– Mosey back to the playground for pull-ups. Each Pax performed 10 or AMRAP pull-ups. While the timer performed his pull-ups, rest of the Pax performed MARY exercise of timer’s choosing.
– Mosey back to the field for a Ricky Bobby run around both fields
– Finish with a couple final MARY exercises: flutter kicks and LBCs
