One solo ruck and 4 Spartans participated in EC before the main event.  The spears flew true and the burpee technique is perfected.  Two more weeks (ish) until the big race, let’s hope we are ready and represent well.

21 PAX circled around the shovel flag with no one in the center.  Today was the first proclaimed “no q” day pushing the PAX to step up and lead when called upon.  No one knew what to expect and YHC was hoping it wouldn’t be a complete disaster. With only the site q’s having a mild amount of control we set out with no idea what was coming next.  Be ready because you will get called on…….

Bright Idea calls “the zoo” inch worm, frog hop, crab walk, gator walk, bear crawl.  Sussudio was noted “this zoo sucks.”
