Fellowship run around the bike path to the parking garage. 5 stops for 10 burpees along the way. At the gargae, we climbed to the top getting 10 burpees at each level. 6 levels brought our burpees total to 110.
It was time to step up to the line. 2 minutes of work at each with 30 seconds to recover. Down the stairs and back to the start.
