With NCAA B-Ball the night before and a clown car departing BC for AOs various within the region, YHC turned up expecting to be solo. Luckily for him 4 of the faithful were there ready, sort of willing and sort of able.
WARM UP:
SSH, WMH, Arm Circles.
21’s; In an effort to get everyone communicating on a deeper level and promote extra-sensory perception YHC led 21 4-count SSH, the first 7 were counted out loud, the next 14 with no voice just purely mental vibes. If all PAX stop at the same time then we could move on, if not penalties. It only took 2 rounds to get in sync!
MAIN EVENT:
The last time YHC Q’d he discovered everyone’s love of the 90’s hit Tubthumping by Chumbawumba, so he ran it again. SSH for the song length, pistols for each drink, 1 burpee for each “I get knocked down but I get back up again”. 27 burpees later we were ready to roll.
Continuing the music theme, YHC had scribbled down a work out involving song lengths and body parts. Upper body for the 1st song, lower body for the 2nd song and core for the 3rd, with 50m runs between sets. Repeated for nine songs, it was dreadful and YHC really appreciated the efforts of the PAX in taking over the counting at points.
That ended, we were smoked.

Alphabet remembering that the final letter is ‘zed’ not ‘zee’.
