The Thang

Mosey to basketball court. Partner up, size does not matter.

  1. Partner 1: People’s chair, Partner2:bear crawl to end of bb court / crawl bear back
  2. Partner 1: BTTW, Partner 2: Lunge walk to the end of bb court and back

Repeat

Mosey to arena. Same partners will be doing a Dora.

While 1 PAX is doing the exercise other PAX will run half a lap around the arena.

In the interest of time we had to cut this a bit short to allow for Mary and an extended COT.

Today we are making an effort to increase mental health awareness amongst the PAX. Mental health is a condition that affects approximately 20% of adult men (1 in 5). Encouraged people to share stories and assured that whatever is shared during COT remains confidential. On a personal note, I have signed up to Q twice this week in celebration of my birthday. I wanted to use this opportunity to celebrate life and grab the leadership chances that I can get to become a better person. I am thankful for becoming part of this fine group of men.
