A long overdue first Vortex Q and an opportunity to give back to the AO that has given me so much. Contemplating the mix, I decided to go not for the faves and expected, but to those exercises that, generally, I dread. These are not so much those whose value I question – that’s right, I’m looking at you, WW2s – but because I find them hard and, often awkward. And, because I suck at them. these least favorites were what I shared with my fellow PAX on this crisp, dark morning.

Broad Jump (don’t like) to 18, Broad Jump back, 20+ squats (until all came home)

Mosey to Picnic Tables:
Partner up and A does step ups left foot x 20 while B does Lunge Jumps (despise). Switch
Partner up and A does step ups right foot x 20 while B does Lunge Jumps (despise). Switch
LBC while all finish
Partner up and A does dips x 15 while B does Mt Climbers (see above). Switch
Repeat

Mosey to Tennis Courts:
Burpee Suicides – run (not a fan) to far end line of first court, 2 Burpees, back. Then run to second far line and do 4 Burpees, then back. And so on, adding 2 Burpees at each far side until hit 12 at last court.
