The Thang:
Everyone grabbed a partner and a cinder block and headed to the middle school lot. Circling the lot, we stopped at each corner.
Overhead carry block to corner, partner sprints ahead and does burpees until partner arrives, switch and head to next corner, second lap changed burpees to squats
Run a lap alternating karaoke, sprint, karaoke, backward run
Next one pax did curls while partner lunge walked to corner and ran around the rest of lot. Switch
Run lap alternating karaoke, sprint, karaoke, backward run
Take blocks to hill. One partner runs up the hill and back while partner does blockies, switch until 50 blockies total.
Tricep dips, then a round of Mary including Flutter kicks, WWIIs, burpees, and T-Bones
