YHC apparently did a poor job of the pre-workout post which caused confusion amongst the PAX about the theme of the workout. April 10th is the 100th day of the year so that was what the post was intended to say, but that’s not the message that was received. But in reference to the comedian Mitch Hedberg, all the words of the joke will be removed and replaced with new ones…but he’s dead now (very sadly at a young age too I should add)
