Warm Up: 10 Good Morning-IC , 25 SSH-IC, IW-15IC, AC-10IC, RAC-12IC, WMH, 15IC

14 pax traveled half the length of the lacrosse field after performing 10 burpees on each end. It went something like this:

10 burpees, Broad jump to midfield

10 burpees, Crab walk back

10 burpees, Partner carry

10 burpees, Partner carry back

10 burpees, Alligator crawl

10 burpees, wheelbarrow back

10 burpees, wheelbarrow

10 burpees, nur back

10 burpees, sprint

10 burpees, bear crawl back

10 burpees, recover

To keep us warm @Uzi then led us on a one mile ruck with assorted coupons, sand bags and ruck  sacks. He followed with a four minute burpee Tabata since we hadn’t had enough.
