curls. Hold rock and lunge walk. Pause do bent over rows. Overhead carry to the hill. Drop the
coupon.
Pause so YHC could give his form week lesson on proper ten count form.

Mosey to the tennis courts. Plank walk across one court back and forth. Lunge walk two
courts, bear crawl the third and sprint back. More shenanigans were planned for the courts bit
YHC was reminded we had coupons to put away. Mosey to the coupons and overhead carry

COT: the counts for today’s exercises were intentionally unpredictable, something Griswold
