This is the second version of the community q and so I decided to give it a little more structure with the following parameters. 5 minute warm-up, roughly 15 minutes of blocks, roughly 15 minutes on the hill, 5 minutes of cardio and 5 minutes of Mary. Here is how it shook out.
Warmarama- SSH, WMH, Arm Cirles, Michael Phelps, 10 Twerkins
Over to the Blocks- Funny Bone- 8 Yanni Merkins
Maraschino- 10 Kettle Bell Swings
Bogey- 15 Arnolds
Nacho Libre- Wood Choppers
Laces Out- Bent Over Rows
Atta-Boy- Weighted Block Squats
Gunny- Overhead Press
TFR- Merkins
Uzi- 10 Getups and 10 down-ups
Vice- Colt 45s
Over to the hill-
Rebar- Murder Bunnies up the hill
Spooky- Bear Crawl up the hill with the side drag
Funny Bone- 10 Blockies
Bogey- Count off- 1s run two sets of stairs, 2s do squats and then switch
Gunny- Traveling Burpees up the hill
Green Acres- Flutter Kicks with blocks held overhead
Atta Boy- Weighted Apollo Onos
Vice- Overhead carry up the hill halfway and then return back safely and cautiously
Laces out- One arm rows- right and then left
Maraschino- Yanni squats- (New to me but really like this one)
Cardio- Nacho led the group through a AYG and then a mosey on one side of parking lot and back down, Uzi and I modified and did some other stuff waiting for the PAX
To finish out the Cardio- Spooky led us through a triple jump burpee down and back
Over to Mary- Rebar- led us on 30 IC LBCs
Uzi closed out the day with high plank holds and low plank holds until the end of our time
COT- The wolf is coming up this Saturday and I personally have a friend going through a tough time, I am hoping to get him out to F3 soon. Keep reaching out to others and thanks to all for showing up today.
