After my solo Lonely Hearts Club Post at House of Pain when my intended location and the creation of the Century Club, I thought I would try it out at The Falcon.
After a late night of 2ndF-ing at Mattie B”s, two inspiring souls – Peach and Cooter – performed an impressive EC of 10 sets of the follwing – 5 pull ups, 10 burpees, 50 yard famers carry with 40 lb (?) kettlebells. in 30 minutes, they accumulted 50 pull ups, 100 burpees and 500 yards of farmers carry!? Impressive!

100 burpees
100 bear crawl strides
100 lunge walk steps

Discussion from 2nd F at Mattie B”s about a 2ndF/3rdF/CSAUP event – maybe an F3 Group Spartan Race with the proceeds going to support SOS (Special Ops Survivors). More to follow. Follow the #3rdf channel on Slack for more Service/Faith Expression opportunities.
CoT: Thanks for sticking with me on this direct and brutal work out. Particularly Cooter and Peach – 200 Burpees! No Joke. Prayers to Footfault and his growing family as they welcome their first child (hopefully this weekend!). Let”s help push everyone to get better and improve lives daily!
Aye!
