The morning started as most great mornings do….dark, cold, standing by a flag. PAX elected for the “traveling version” for today’s Thang so it commenced.

The Thang:
Modified version of Hero WOD for Zachary Tellier… (look him up. Truly worth honoring).
- Ricky Bobby to DTech far parking lot*
*Mumblechatter was definitely rich during the Ricky Bobby this morning, hence the title of the BB
WOD- Exercise 1, sprint out and back; Exercises 1 and 2, out and back; Exercises 1-3, out and back… and so on until you complete the full set and one final sprint
- 10 burpees (IC or OYO, at Q’s discretion)
- 15 merkins SC
- 30 SC lunges
- 60 SC LBCs
- 120 SC air squats
(*It was sometime between the last two sets where all PAX were spent, YHC was questioning his decisions and Halfback, in his pajamas, asked, “How are you still talking?” Fun was had by all. I think.)
Once all PAX completed the last sprint, we slowly Mosey’d back toward the Little School for some Ring of Fire Fun
- Round 1: Superman Hold. Each PAX to complete 3 V-ups
- Round 2: ReversePlank Hold. Each PAX to complete 2 hand clap merkins
- Round 3: (2 times around) Squat Hold. Each PAX completed 2 Nickelback Scrum Squats
Mosey back to the flag, picking up the 6.
