Warmed up with the side shuffle hop, plank jack, imperial Walker, arms circles, good morning, and Wille Maze Haze and then mossey’d to the top of the parking deck.

PAX broke off into pairs to determine each other’s merkin max with perfect form. One Pax did Merkins while the other counted and watched for perfect form. The max count was established once perfect form was broken.

Pax then gathered into groups of similar max numbers … 10, 20, 30, 40. Each set’s number of reps were written in chalk on the pavement.

10 group set – 8,6,4,2 reps
20 group set – 14,10,6 reps
30 group set- 20,12,8 reps
40 group set – 26,14,10 reps

To the sounds of Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Primus, each group worked oyo to complete a set within 2 minutes.

First set: regular
Second set: wide
Third set: close (diamond)
Fourth set: regular
Fifth set: wide

Between each set, Pax lunge walked down one level of the parking deck, and Bernie Sandered (sp?)back up. After 5 sets complete, Pax headed back down parking deck with Karaoke, bear crawl, crawl bear and toy soldier.

A good time was had by all.
