A riff on a Misery beatdown the week before that made me reach for the AED. Figured try again and get better in the process.
WARM-UP:
Usual exercises but 25 Side Shuffle Hops between each.
ME:
Down the hill
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Run to treelike
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Down the hill
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Run to parking lot gate
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Down the hill
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Run to bottom gate
10 Dry Docks with feet up hill
Run to bottom gate and lunge walk on path behind the tennis courts
Switch to bear crawl at curve and continue to the covered picnic area
3 sets of 25 tempo dips
To tennis courts
Suicides to width of each of the six courts.
First set: Burpee at width line (1 at first, 2 at second, 3 at third…) and 10 overhead claps at each return to starting line
Second set: Cadence count lunge jumps at width line (1 at first, 2 at second, 3 at third…) and 5 squats at each return to starting line
