Blinky and Spooky almost missed the Q by hanging out on the wrong side of the school. Fortunately pax came running from both sides to find us.

Quick warm-up: SSH, Squats, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Arm-Circles.

Mosey to front of school.

A. Partner up for a Dora. 100 merkins, 200 Dips, 300 step-ups. Partner A runs half of the kiss-and-go circle. Partner B works on the reps. Switcharoo.

B. Tunnel of Eagles

Down the long covered walkway for the school:
1/3 – Bear crawl with 2 merkins at each pole
1/3 – Lunge walk with 2 squats at each pole
1/3 – Crabwalk with 2 3-count LBCs at each pole

C. Paint the lines down the parking lot
At each parking spot, run down, shuffle right, backwards run back, then one burpee. Move on to next parking spot. Complete entire parking lot.

Double-jump traveling burpees to get back to rescue our shirts/hoodies. Then mosey back to the AO.

Finish with quick round of Mary chosen by pax.
