This morning was one of the coldest mornings of the season so far at 25 degrees. No doubt the cold put a damper on participation, but 3 brave PAX didn't let the cold hold them down. The goal for this morning was to start moving as quickly as possible and keep up the pace so we're feeling nice a toasty.

The Thang:

We ran from the Library to the Ball Park and then a longer way back to Startex via the Carolina Theater. Along the way we rode a escalator that introduced a new exercise at each random stop. New exercises were all 20x count, old ones were 10x.
