Lesson 1 today was-> HCs help the Q plan. Yes, it also makes you accountable to show up, but can you stop thinking of yourself for just one minute? 2x the HCs can throw a plan off. As it turned out, my plan was no good to begin with, but what about the next Q who has a good plan?
Lesson 2 today-> Mind the PAX. I planned for 2min AMRAP of an exercise followed immediately by 2mins core. 2mins on one exercise is just too much! When a PAX asked how much time was left not half way thru the first round, I knew the time needed modification. Before that I had only suspected it.
Lesson 3 today-> Do not put your hospital name in parentheses by your nickname in Slack. I said "don't force me to learn your real name, Eric." What makes that funny is the dude's name is Drew AND that I did not know that when I called him Eric.

What Had Happen
Each PAX had an exercise (listed below) to do AMRAP for approximately 1 minute. Immediately following a PAX was called on the call 'n count a core exercise. The core included ski abs, flutters, boxcutter, sea turtle, 2WW, and LBCs. Whats a 2WW? It's a reverse WW2 in tempo: 3ct back and 1 up. We then took a minute to do a stretch before repeating. Stuff like downward dog, runners stretch, seated touch your toes, standing touch your toes.

Finished up lunge walking half way round the market and bear crawling the rest.
