• YHC laid it out from the start: all Pax moseyed around the church to the steel pile. Each Pax grabbed steel, partnered up and headed to the bottom of the main parking lot. Partners alternated travel and reps, with the travel being an uphill run to the second to last island and back. Below are the reps, and this is why it’s called HoP:
o 150 squats with steel
o 200 bent over rows
o 250 curls
o 300 bench press
o 250 flutter kicks
o 200 overhead presses
By my count that’s 1,350 reps! We didn’t make it all the way down the pyramid and had no time for Mary, but everyone left stronger!
