105 Weeks

July 20, 2020

WHEN: 07/20/2020
QIC: Botched
PAX: Barksdale, Ocho, Avalance, Stop Drop & Roll, Yurt

It was on a Monday, 7/16/2018, that YHC first rolled up to the Gloom to post at #theEagle. You never forget your FNG experience, and YHC was no exception. YHC was immediately hooked and continued that week at #Rameses and #theFalcon. The soreness was wonderfully horrible. After that, YHC continued to just take it a week at a time, and found that his body continued to improve as the calendar turned. YHC still maps out workouts in 1-week blocks, and so it seemed appropriate, just over 2 years in, to count his time at F3 in weeks.

This begins week #105 for YHC, and so YHC set out to create a workout in honor of 105.

  • Total of 105 Carolina Dry Docks

Announcements – Q sheet at the Eagle is wide open, as are many other AOs. Get your name on there! Sometimes you don’t need anything more creative than picking a number and doing a bunch of exercises with that many reps!

YHC took us out. YHC is extremely grateful to have been a part of F3 for the past 2 years. Grateful for the fellowship, and grateful for the improvements to his body and his soul that come from pushing yourself to the limit in the early morning gloom, before most of the world has even rolled themselves out of bed. It was, as always, an honor to lead this morning. SYITG!
