* Raise blocks to chest and brisk walk to other end of parking lot
* 10 moutain climbers
* Raise blocks to chest and brisk walk back to start
* 10 close grip dry docks
* 10 Durkins on blocks
* 10 Urkins on blocks
* 10 Left Urkins (Lurkins) on blocks
* 10 Right Urkins (Rurkins) on blocks
* Mosey to over Benches
* 2 sets of 10 Dips on benches
* Mosey back to start
