ME:

1. Absolution Lap. Run clockwise lap of Hooker Field. At each corner, complete one exercise building up to an Absolution. First corner = 5 groiners. Second corner = 5 mahktars. Third corner = 5 plank jacks. Fourth corner = 5 absolutions. Then mosey to eastern stairwell, bear crawl to western stairwell, go up the stairs, then lunge walk back to eastern stairwell.

2. Absolution Lap.

3. Human escalator. Mosey to the bollards (concrete vertical cylinders) outside of eastern wall of Carmichael Arena. Each pax in front of a bollard. Pax at southernmost bollard runs to northernmost bollard while all other pax moves one bollard south with a mode of travel. Then, all other pax complete a workout while pax who ran completes 5 SSH and yells 'Go' for the next pax to run. The first Human Escalator mode of travel is the bear crawl and the first exercise is the plank.

4. Human Escalator. Mode of travel is the duck walk and exercise is the squat.

5. Human Escalator. Mode of travel is the bunny hop and exercise is the toe tap against the bollard.

6. Absolution Lap.

7. Run the Field. Run clockwise around each field on Hooker. At each perpendicular white line, complete two exercises before continuing to the next white line. First field = 2 dry docks. Second field = 2 push ups. Third field = 2 squats.

8. Absolution Lap.
