Started the warmup with one FNG on time and another rolling up on his own time. We jumped into some SSH, IWs, Windmills, and arm circles. Once everyone got their heart rate one beat above when they arrived me made our way over to a big wall.

At the wall the Q got a chance to confuse everyone into some sort of combination of the people’s chair mixed in with some squats. We then made our way over to a stop sign that was conveniently placed at the bottom of a small hill. At the hill we did 4 rounds of jump ropes, Bernie Sanders, and burpees.

Next we found some picnic tables to have breakfast. Urkins, durkins, dips, box jumps, and some kind of lunges were served. On the way back to the AO we found a parking lot to do some suicides on.

We then made it back for some MARY. V Ups, LBCs, shoulder taps and Monte’s famous pigeon. We even tossed in some birthday merkins for a pax that already started to hibernate.
