Ode To Mother
YHC's Mother completed her 70th trip around the sun and YHC wanted to honor and celebrate her with this workout.

Mosey around the church (symbolizing a trip across the ocean) as my mother took a ship across the Atlantic – classic immigrants tale when she was 3 1/2 years old.

Her and her family settled in Buffalo, NY
Buffalo crawl 53 spaces (born in 1953)
Then moved to the country as my Grandpa bought some land and built a farm –
Chasing chickens back down the hill- growing up on the farm

Mountain climbers as she liked to hike and gave birth to YHC in Morgantown, WV home of the Mountaineers
We then honored her love of skiing with 70 reps of

Apple Pickers (she ran a bake sale for our church where should get the supplies donated and bake 300+ pies then sell them with the proceeds going to the church.
Mosey to the steel
My mom kept food on the table in our trailer park trailer while my Dad was finishing up school via the GI bill as she was a server at Shoney's so we carried the steel the perimeter of the Lower parking lot mimicking a waitress serving tray.
Then our family moved to Walton, NY in the Catskills she earned her cosmetology degree at Trout Creek Community College (or TCU as YHC referred to it as a youngster).
The Steel represented scissors and all the hours she was on her feet making folks hair look great and we did 10 Cadence count reps of the following 7 exercises
* Curls
* Front raises
* Upright rows
* Front Military press
* Behind the neck Military press
* Triceps curls
* Reverse curl
We then moseyed back to the startex for 70 Mary reps
* Long slow flutter IC x 30 loves to walk
* ‘Merican Hammer IC x 10 proud US citizen
* Heels to Heaven IC x 30 religious faith is a big part of her identity

We pray for peace in Israel especially with Uzi headed to the Homeland. Prays to Big Kat for continued vitality at 60! Prayers to Grampa Ninja for continued healing.
