As MLP said this morning, almost time to watch for ice. It was a chilly 34 degrees this morning for 10 PAX to come together to make sure their legs worked. We got warm with some side shuffle hops, good mornings, willie Mayes Hayes, empirical walkers, slow squats, little baby arm circles each way, and a hanging stretch. We counted off and took note if our number was odd or even. First we moseyed to the bottom of the parking lot for a little leg work.
Since Caleb Love now owns Dook, for the purposes of this workout we renamed the Bobby Hurleys to Caleb Loves.

Next we moseyed to the wall for the only scripted non-leg portion of the day. alternated urkins and dips 2x through.
Mosey to the fountain baptismal. Here YHC asked if any PAX would share their F# origination story. My Little Pony shared his story that 8 years ago college buddy PrancingHorse told him about F3 and let him know he would be in MLP's driveway that Friday morning. Something to the effect of, "you don't have to go but I'm going to be in your driveway every week until you do". Then MLP's was hooked from his first Falcon post.
Mosey to the stairs where we decided it would be an excellent place for onsite coffeeteria.

Next as we travelled back towards Startex for Mary we stole again from F3 KC – "Call and Response" on the way back. We start mosey towards Startex, at any point any PAX calls halt and calls an exercise to last 15 seconds to a minute. Then we mosey again. Our distance provided us with four opportunities for bonus reps. Kia called merkins, Swanp called Johnny Dramas, Hutz called burpee-shuffle (between two islands, burpee at each parking space then shuffle across said space to burpee at the next and so on), and Castaway took us back to grade school with an awesome Skipping in a Circle that I am guessing with be prominently featured on instagram later today.
Mary was flutter kicks, WWIIs, box cutters, and LBCs.
YHC shared his F3 origination story (thanks 2ply), then announcements (THE BULL), MLP promises a no leg workout at Falcon this week, lunch at 1pm at Boxcar on Friday for any who want to attend, and then YHC took us out.
Ive been MIA from TKD basically since school began due to lack of bus drivers. While we still are not fully staffed, it was wonderful to have people in place this morning to great a great mental and physical start to my day with these great men.
