Night Shift signed me up for this Q without telling me. I happened to find my name on the list while scrolling around. But much gratitude to him for doing it. As Shakespeare said in 12th Night, “Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them.” So here’s to thrusting greatness upon one another.
WARM-UP -20 SSH, 20 LBAC, 10 Mtn Climbers, 10 Squat Drama Calf Stretches, 8 WMH
Mosey to side parking lot for
MAIN EVENT
BUMBLE BEES (a loose variation on Killer Bees)
Start at First corner with 10 Berkins – Merkins with shoulder taps
Blurpees down the long side of the lot
Second corner 20 Big Boy sit-ups
Bear Crawl short side of the lot
3rd corner 30 Bobby Hurleys
Blurpees back up the long side of lot
4th corner 40 Bear Dogs (Bird Dogs in the Bear Crawl position-knees off the ground)
Bear Crawl back to first corner
Everything OYO – Hold plank or squat until all arrive
REPEAT BUMBLE BEES (3X Total)
Last round replaced Blurpees with High Leg Skips on the way down and Bernies on the way back and reduced each set of exercises by 5

THE MARY
Ring of Fire with Flutters -around the circle each Pax does 3 Heels to Heaven
Fire Hydrants 10 each side (inspired by Spud from The Skunk last week)
Night Shift took over The Mary with leg stretches, holding a table while Laces Out told a story. Finished our stargazing with Homer to Marge.
