So I woke up to sound of rain on my window…….wait, thats not right. OK so I woke up with the sound of no rain (a small miracle) and preceded to make my way to #therock. At 5:27 only one other PAX had shown but apparently in honor of @buffay 7 other PAX made it just in time. 5:30 came and YHC began the beatdown. We mosied to the park parking lot to warm up.

Warm-up

Good mornings, Hillbillies, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Seal Claps, and WMHays.

The Thangs

YHC had all PAX move to the bottom of the parking lot and instructed on the plan. Start with an exercise the sprint to the small tree then move differently to the next small tree and hold plank until all PAX arrive before mossying back to the start. We did 50 SSH and bear crwal, 50 squats and crab walk, 50 merkins and crawl bear, 50 lungees (each leg) and bunny hops and 25 burpees and baby bear crawls. Then we did one last round with 5 of each exercise followed by a sprint all the way down. YHC then had PAX mossy to the traffic circle and we did a ricky bobby with the last man doing 3 merkins then running to the front. 2 rounds of that and YHC was ready for Mary

Prayers for Nubbins family and the sickness that has infested their house, for Milton and his M and entire family, for all F3 guys getting ready to do a ruck this coming weekend (really prayers for their families)
