3) Next up was 6 sets of Bottom Leg Lift (right then left) IC (15). We dubbed this the Burt Reynolds
4) After these sets we ran a loop around the building to rest up for the next exercise
5) Three sets of air squats with 10 seconds rest between set, SC (15)

20) we ran out of time and had to get back to the AO, where we went right into Announcements – Quarterly Report. Followed that with name-o-rama where PAX offered names for the FNG before settling on Bandit to commemorate Burt Reynolds and the FNG was wearing a shirt with a large letter "B". Spartan closed it out with an inspirational message about making the most of what remains of this year to be the best you can be as for your family, friends, brothers, work, community.
