15 PAX shared the sunrise with YHC this morning.

A warm up lap is always a good way to get the blood flowing so we mosied around the lower parking lots
The rest of the warm up was: Willie Mayes Hayes, low/slow squats, Michael Phelps and arm circles. In plank position we did mountain climbers and merkins- two rounds finished out the warm up.
Once everyone was nice and warm, we headed to one of the lower lots for the ME.
Lined up on one side of the lot we did several modes of travel and exercises:
Going from side to side increasing the reps from one to six:
Round one: bear crawl and merkins
Round two: lunge walk and squats
Round three: bunny hop and LBC
Round four: mode of travel – PAX choice w/ burbees.
In the interest of time, we did 10 rounds of burbees instead of the normal 6
YHC wanted to help @fudge understand how great Durham is while he is visiting. Unfortunately, the lighting was not sufficient for the reading of the Durham facts. We moved under some better lighting and did a ring of fire five count squat while YHC read some Durham facts.
That was enough of that parking lot so we headed back to the starting point.
A very important Durham / F3 piece of trivia: the Johnny Drama was invented and named at the premier Friday morning AO- Honey Badger (thanks @knope). We knocked out 100.
There was just enough time for 5 twelve count body baggers and a tough round of Floyd Planks
