THE THANG
We counted off into three groups, and each group took one line of parking spaces in the Eastern Most Lot.
We did travelling merkins, one in each space. When the PAX reached an island they performed one Ladder Jack (SSH, Seal Jack, Smurf Jack, Plank Jack, Plank Jack, Smurf Jack, Seal Jack, SSH). After the travel up the line, we went back down.

We then moseyed the long way around the playground to the wall at the western edge of the East Lot. Each PAX found a spot on the wall for the Knee Up V-Up x 40. We jumped off the wall for a series of Asheville Abs, (LBC with one set of each: legs straight, knees bent, traditional LBC, legs at a 45, legs at a 90) x 20 in each set. We followed that with 20 slow count Home to Marges, with some juvenile humor added by Crash Cart and OPEC. Then finished that area with 20 Heels to Heaven.

With core out of the way, we moseyed to the Center Lot. We started at one line of parking spots, and did the Lieutenant Dan down the entire lot stopping at the sidewalk. At each new line of spots, PAX performed one Absolution.

The next spot for some work was the wall at the south end of the lot. We did three sets of Balls to the Wall with a 4 count ROF. Between sets was a People's Chair with an 8 county ROF.

Nearly at the end of our time , we moseyed back to where we ended the Lt. Dans. We lunge walked halfway back to start ex, followed by a bear crawl back.

MOLESKINE
Today's Q was a challenge for me. I wanted to do a String of Pearls workout at a place that we don't often do them, and it was a challenge to keep the flow going, but we had a good group that either didn't notice my mistakes, or were at least kind enough to not acknowledge them. I am thankful for each of the men that posted today, and all of the men of our region.

Thank you for the opportunity to lead.
