Pretty straightforward beatdown —
Warm Up: the norm + a little Ricky Bobby around the loop for fun
ME: AMRAP for 60 seconds with blocks, then a 30 second rest. During the rest period, we did 5 burpees. Exercises included goblet squats, LBCs, curls, rows x2, and overhead press.
Mosey… and repeat.
After round 2, we took it easy. 11s with squats and erkins.
