YHC's back was still achy from last week and from Qing Vortex the day before so wasn't completely sure of the plan for the day. Once a brief reconnaissance revealed that the tennis courts were locked, YHC decided to do 11s for the day. Initially, there was some concern on the Slack channel regarding numbers for today, but it turned out to be a good showing; even if Yo-Yo's FNG bailed.

Warmup: WMH, Manafort GMs, IW, HB, ACs, OC, MC, PP, and PP.

The Thang: 3 sets of 11s.
Each PAX spread out in the parking lot and took 2 spaces. Task was to do 1 exercise (starting at 10 reps) travel across the parking spaces and do another exercise (starting at 1). Keep doing that while sequentially decreasing reps of the 1st and increasing reps of the 2nd – total reps always add up to 11. First set was merkins and LBCs with bearcrawl and crawlbear as mode of travel. 2nd set was dry docks and WWIIs with lunge walk as mode of travel. 3rd set was Homer to Marge (aka Pecker Pointers) and squats with broad jump as the mode of travel.

The Thang: 3 Suicides
PAX spread out at one end of the parking lot and did 3 sets of suicides; increasing speed/effort with each rep.

Mary: Flutters, Plank, stretching, and low plank hold ring of fire.
