YHC made the dumb decision to play pickup BBall last week and his back let him know what a dumb decision it was. So it was with some trepidation that I posted this am. "Fortunately," it was so hot and humid that the body warmed up very quickly.

Warmup: SSH, WMH, Manaford GM, IW, HB, ACs, Michael Phelps, MC, PP, PP, slow merkin, and fellowship lap.

The Thang 1: Mini-escalator
PAX bearcrawled to midfield and did 10 dry docks, 10 WWIIs, and 10 squats; lunge walked across the field to the other sideline and did 20 reps of each exercise; karaoked to the end line and did 30 reps of each exercise; super mario back across the field and did 40 reps (breaking them up into 2 sets of 20) of all the exercises.

The Thang 2: Elevens
PAX moseyed across the street to the grass hill outside the soccer practice fields for some elevens. Starting at the bottom of the hill, did 10 shoulder taps (2 shoulders = 1) then bearcrawled up the hill and did 1 squat and crawl bear back down the hill and did 9 shoulder taps and so on. Modified the mode of travel halfway through to running because the grass was really tall. Upon completion, moseyed back to AO for Mary.

Mary: Plank; some stretching, and Flutters.

COT: Prayers to Spam's son Zion as he undergoes surgery this week. Prayers to Red October for a quick recovery from his illness, and prayers for Cosmo if/when he gets his surgery.
