The Q of my first workout, Kia, was not present, but the PAX who named YHC and seemingly half of Churham, Floyd, was.

Prayers for Uzi as he recovers from hip surgery. Prayers for my grandmother who is nearing the end of her exceedingly well-lived life, and for my family as we grieve, particularly my granddad. YHC took us out.
