Tribute to YHCs recently deceased Gramps – Francis Brunner, Sr. at the ripe old age of 97 (10/14/25-7/10/23…He was a very successful dairy farmer in Western NY and the theme was a farmer's workout. A full 5 gallon bucket of water and kettlebell symbolized carrying the cows milk to the tanks – a vivid memory of YHC and we did some farm themed exercises throughout the workout –

Two Pax volunteered to Farmer carry the kettlebell and the bucket to the coupon pile while the rest of the Pax were picking cherries and dropping them into the bucket. Gramps always had a sweet tooth and loved his cherry pies!

The Pax carrying the bucket got a little cocky and spilled some of the "milk" from the bucket, and a 20 burpee penalty was issued…

The Pax were to rotate Farmer carrying the milk buckets and the non-milk bucket carrying Pax would do other carry's with the coupons and do some farm themed exercises at each transition.
