Around the World – Hold plank and then spin or merkin on “Around the World”
Moseyed to commuter lot and picked a partner. One partner would travel while the other did an in-place exercise
La vie en rose – run with monkey jumpers & monkey humpers
Dominique – flyin nun with nhktar m’dyes & plank jacks
N in Paris – run with mountain climbers
Carmen – bernie sanders with star crunches
Psycho Killer – bear crawl with freddy mercury
