Next we sloooowed it down by doing Merkins and Squats tempo count down & up.
Next we travel the parking lot alternating between Bear Crawled with an increasing count of Merkins at each spot and Lunge Walk with an increase count of Squats at each spot. Worked out as 10 Merkins and 10 Squats at the last. I love it when a plan comes together!
